Acknowledgment In the first place, I would like to record my gratitude to Patrick Sénac for his 3 years' supervision in the context of my PhD study, as well as giving me extraordinary opportunities to participate several projects throughout the research work. This thesis would not have been possible without his support and guidance. His truly scientist intuition has made him as a constant oasis of ideas and passions in science, which led me to avoid redundant tortuousness, inspired me to find out innovative solutions to different research issues, and exceptionally enrich my growth as a researcher wants to be. Thanks to him, research life became smooth and rewarding for me.
